WHAT ARE RELAXED SCREENINGS?
At these screenings, we create a relaxed and welcoming environment especially for people on the autism spectrum or with sensory sensitivity, learning disabilities and/or additional needs and their families, friends and carers.
Adjustments made:
• Lights left on low throughout the film
• Reduced volume
• Freedom to move around and make noise
CAN SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO SEE A 15 OR 18 RATED FILM WATCH WITH AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT?
To see a 15 or 18 rated film one has to be of that age. We take the BBFC ratings very seriously, and check IDs to confirm the age of those who may look younger than the film's certificate. If we have any doubts of a customer's age we reserve the right to refuse entrance, so please make sure to bring ID. We do not consider a parent confirming the child's age as sufficient proof of age.
CAN I BRING MY BABY TO REGULAR SCREENINGS?
Children under 18 months can attend regular screenings of films rated U or PG. However we please ask that parents be mindful of other cinema users and take appropriate action to reduce disturbance to other customers. We do also host Baby+1 screenings of new releases every week exclusively for parents and carers with babies. The lights will be slightly turned up and the sound lowered.
WHAT IS A BABY+1 SCREENING
Baby+1 screenings are exclusively for parents and carers with young children under 18 months. Groups of up to 4 adults can attend per child.
MY CHILD IS TWO YEARS OLD, CAN WE STILL COME TO A BABY+1 SCREENING?
Where the film's certificate is U or PG, older children may also attend, as long as they are accompanying the carer and baby (under 18 months).
ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?
Friendly dogs are welcome in the bar and cafe area! We just ask that you keep furry paws off the furniture. Only trained service dogs are allowed in the cinema screens.
DO YOU HAVE AUDIO DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE?

CAN MY DOG COME AND SEE A FILM WITH ME?

HOW LONG WILL A FILM BE SHOWING FOR?
We are unable to confirm how long we will commit to a film for, as we arrange our film programme on a week by week basis.
I WANT TO BOOK A FILM SHOWING IN TWO WEEKS BUT I AM UNABLE TO SEE THE DATES AVAILABLE?
We confirm our film programme on the Monday of each week for that Friday through Thursday. We therefore usually cannot confirm until Monday evening/Tuesday morning when the new listings are live on our website, whether we will be showing a specific film in advance. With some of the bigger blockbusters we are able to get them on sale earlier however it varies. The best thing to do is stay posted on our film listings page and sign-up to our weekly film listings email to be notified first. If you have placed a film in your watchlist and have agreed to receive email communications from us then you will be notified when this particular title goes on sale.
IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE, AND DO YOU HAVE A LIFT?
