Our tasting events are designed to be fun nights out and are completely inclusive – absolutely no prior tasting experience or wine knowledge is required to attend,  everybody is welcome! We believe that wine is to be enjoyed and everybody’s taste is unique so our aim is to explore and respect that – our tastings are far removed from the idea of old-fashioned fine wine tastings.

Very often we serve the wines blind, as we really believe this helps us all have that wonderful, honest moment with a glass of wine, alone with your senses and without any influence from a label. This helps us to genuinely discover which wines we really enjoy and like to drink, whilst at the same time learning a little about where they are from and exactly how they are made. The results are often surprising!

So who are we? We are qualified by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and the Wine Scholar Guild, and we have experience of working with a sparkling wine producer in Sussex as well as in Mendoza and in Chile’s Colchagua Valley. So we know our way around a vineyard and a winery, but more than anything we are just a couple of wine nerds that love talking about the wonderful world of wine, and sharing great wines with our groups.

We kick off our season on Thursday 3rd of March with our ‘Big Reds’ blind tasting, and then we will be back every two weeks with a different event. So if you like French wine, Spanish wine, or are particularly partial to a glass of rosé or Champagne, there is something for everyone!
